Warren H. Clemons, 84, of Eldora, Iowa, died from natural causes on Friday, November 25, 2005 at Ellsworth Municipal Hospital in Iowa Falls, Iowa.
Warren was born October 1, 1921, in rural Eldora, son of Howard and Louise (Fredrickson) Clemons and attended the New Providence Public School. On December 14, 1941 he was united in marriage to Marjorie McDonald in Princeton, Missouri. He lived his entire life in Eldora and worked for the Eldora City Street Department for over twenty years retiring in the mid-1980s. Warren has been a resident at the Eldora Nursing and Rehab Center for the past five years.
Surviving are his children, Patsy (Arlo) Rosburg of Eldora, Judy (Robert) Knott of Eldora, Allan (Lynn) Clemons of Sparks, Nevada, Margaret (Larry) Knott of Ackley, Paul (Deborah) Clemons of Union, Beth (Frank) Ites of Iowa Falls, Terry (Cindy) Clemons of Union, Jack (Kimberly) Clemons of Eldora, Rick (Sara) Clemons of Eldora, and Jeff (Marjean) Clemons of Ackley; sister, Dessie Hudspith of Eldora; and by 26 grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Preceding him in death were his parents; his wife, Marjorie in 1998; two daughters, Valerie and Mary Clemons; and brother, Woodrow Clemons.
