The couple later divorced but from this union they had two sons: John and Jason.
She was a very hardworking woman and dedicated her life to helping others. She worked at the Eldora Hospital back when it was running and would later work for many years as an RN at the Eldora Nursing and Rehab Center.
Not only did she spend her working years helping others she also opened her home to many kids that needed a place to stay. She had a heart of gold that she loved pouring into those who needed it. Sue was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Eldora. She had a passion for cooking, her animals, gardening, fishing, hunting, and dedicating her life to serving others. Her main love was her family and all the time she got to spend teaching her boys the necessary skills to hunt and fish. Sue was a one of kind woman and will be dearly missed.
