Lucille Leona Aust, 94, of Grundy Center, Iowa, died Sunday, December 16, 2007, at the Grundy County Memorial Hospital Long Term Care Unit, Grundy Center, Iowa, of natural causes.
Lucille was born November 19, 1913, near Beaman, Iowa, the daughter of Gustave and Mary Catherine ?Delfs? Aust. She graduated from the Beaman High School in 1931. She continued to live on the family farm with her brother until moving to Grundy Center in 1986. She was a member of the Salem Church in Lincoln. She was a past member of Jolly Dozen and the Helping hands. She enjoyed gardening and flowers.
Survivors include a nephew Gerald Oaks of Webster City, Iowa and several great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters: Lavera Oaks, and Viola Long; and a brother Raymond Aust.
