LuAnn Clark

LuAnn Clark, 92, of Eldora, died on Saturday, June 14, 2014, at Hansen Family Hospital in Iowa Falls. LuAnn was born December 11, 1921 to Edwin and Mae (Twait) Kallem in Ellsworth, Iowa. She graduated from Ellsworth High School.
In January of 1946 she was united in marriage to Wendell Clark. LuAnn and Clark farmed in Hardin County before moving to Eldora in 1990. LuAnn loved spending time with her family. She had a way of showing unconditional love that will always be remembered. LuAnn loved cooking and baking, it was her way of showing love and there was always enough food for anyone who stopped by. Her family loved her pot roast, fried chicken, brownies, and the grandchildren loved her cookies. LuAnn also enjoyed playing cards. LuAnn loved to laugh, and will be remembered for her infectious giggle, she also had a sharp sense of humor that kept everyone on their toes.
LuAnn is survived by her children; Cathy (Fran) Stetson, Bruce (Diane) Clark, and Cindy Clark Keller; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Wendell, brother Merlyn, and 2 infant sons
Service will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2014 at 11:00 am at St Paul Lutheran Church, 1105 Washington St, Eldora, Iowa. Visitation will take place from 4:00 to 6:00 pm on Friday, June 20, 2014, at Creps-Abels Funeral Home, 905 Edgington Ave, Eldora, Iowa.
