Lillian Mae Henze, 63 of Holland, Iowa, passed away Saturday, December 15, 2007 at the Woodward Medical Center in Woodward, Iowa.
Lillian Mae Henze was born May 1, 1944 in Holland, Iowa, the daughter of Ferdinand Ludwig and Augusta (Ascher) Henze at home. Lillian attended Colfax #1 country school and later the special school in Fern, Iowa. Lillian liked her dog Bobby a lot. She was a member of the Salem Lutheran Church near Parkersburg and later transferred her membership to the American Lutheran Church in Grundy Center. Lillian had a magnetic personality that attracted many people to her. She also had a very good memory and could help remember where ?lost? things were.
Lillian will be lovingly remembered by her two sisters: Erma Henze of Grundy Center, Iowa and Theone Andreessen of Stout, Iowa and a brother: Bud and his wife Gloria Henze of Dike, Iowa, 9 nieces and nephews and 16 great nieces and great nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, a brother: Art and his wife Marilee (Kruse) Henze.
