Larry L. Schueller, 64, of Eldora, formerly of Milwaukee, WI, died at his home in Eldora from natural causes on Wednesday, June 06, 2007. Following cremation, graveside memorial services will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, June 13 at the Eldora City Cemetery with Pastor Corey Larson of the First Congregational United Church of Christ in Eldora officiating. There will be no public visitation.
Larry was born May 25, 1944 in New Providence, Iowa, son of Charles D. and Allie M. (Hodge) Schueller. He was raised in Eldora and in 1967 moved to Milwaukee. Larry retired for health reasons in 1985 and lived in Marinette, Wisconsin before returning to Eldora several days ago. Larry enjoyed watching old Western movies and was a John Wayne fan, enjoyed watching professional wrestling, and was interested in the history of the Eldora area.
He is survived by sisters, Erla "Peggy" Schodeberg and her husband, Ron, of Eldora and Joyce Reiman of Milwaukee; brother, James Schueller and his wife, Audrey, of Eldora; and by many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother and father.
