Jon D.E. Eckheart, 12 months, of Steamboat Rock, diedNovember 26, 2009 as a result of a house fire. Funeral services will be held on Monday, November 30, 2009 1:30 P.M. at the schoolhouse gymnasium in Steamboat Rock with visitation from 11:30 until time of funeral service. Interment will be private.
Jon is survived by his parents Joseph and Janell; 2 brothers Justin Ethan and Joseph Eckheart Jr.; grandparents Clint and Rosan Walters and Douglas and Brenda Vrem; great-grandparents Nancy and Joseph Bramon, Betty Walters and Patricia Eckheart; uncles James Eckheart, Christopher Vrem and aunt Jennifer Morrison; many other aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his great-grandmother Ann Vrem and great-grandfathers Carl Walters, Dwaine Damon , Robert Eckheart and James Vrem; uncles Tate Snyder and David Vrem.
