JoAnn Sager, 83, of Morrison, passed away at her home in Morrison, on Friday, October 2, 2020, while under the care of UnityPoint Hospice. Visitation for JoAnn will be held on Tuesday, October 6th from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Abels Funeral & Cremation Service-French-Hand Chapel in Reinbeck. The funeral service for JoAnn will be held on Wednesday, October 7th at 10:30 AM at the Liberty Baptist Church in Dike. Interment will follow the funeral service at the Washington Township Cemetery in Morrison. Memorials may be directed to the family. She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Larry of Morrison; sons Roger (Brenda) Sager of Morrison and Ronald Sager of Grundy Center; grandchildren Jesse (Laura) Paris of Morrison, Becky Paris of Reinbeck, Adam (Lindsey) Sager of Grundy Center, Joseph (Katherine) Sager of Reinbeck and David (Adrianna) Sager of Arizona; step-grandchildren Tera (Josh) Johnson of Evansdale, Ty Niedert of Reinbeck & Kayla Fobian of Coralville; grandchildren Yuri, Zeffrom, Nolan and Hogan Paris, Devin Ashford, Ramell McQueen, Wyatt & Alexis Sager and Braden & Oliver Sager; brother-in-law Jerry Weger; step-great grandchildren Payne & Alayna Johnson; brother-in-law Jerry Weger. JoAnn rejoins in Heaven her parents; daughter Vanessa Sager; sisters Carolyn “Sue” Weger and Norma; father & mother-in-law Nelson & Lenora Sager.
