Ian Daleske-Ford

Ian Josiah Daleske-Ford, infant son of Shane Ford and Teresa Daleske of Des Moines, Iowa was stillborn on Wednesday, October 11, 2006 at Iowa Methodist Medical Center in Des Moines. Private graveside services will be held at the Eldora City Cemetery in Eldora, Iowa with Pastor David Splett officiating. Creps-Abels Funeral Home in Eldora is in charge of the arrangements.



Ian is survived by his parents, Shane Ford and Teresa Daleske of Des Moines; half-brother, Brandon Woodrow Ford of Arizona; paternal grandmother, Eva Mae Baker of Des Moines; maternal grandparents, Max and Maxine Daleske of Eldora; maternal great-grandparents, Herman "Jim" and Dorothy Schultz of Eldora; paternal uncles, Robert Ford of Ottawa and Reggie Ford of Des Moines; maternal Aunts Beth (Dale) Goetschius of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and Janell Daleske of Texas; and maternal cousins, Coden and Carley Goetschius. He was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandparents, Woodrow Spaur and Areta Crowell ; maternal great-grandmother, Louise Schultz; and maternal great-grandparents, Bert and Helen Daleske.
