Gladys Ann Noltensmeier

Gladys Ann Noltensmeier was born May 13, 1943, in Mitchell, South Dakota. The first-born daughter of Vernon Noltensmeier and Helen Tupper Noltensmeier. She attended Reinbeck and River Hills Schools. After school she lived in Waterloo and worked at Goodwill Industries and Hardees in the Maucker Union at the University of Northern Iowa until her retirement.

Gladys is survived by her companion William Mottl of waterloo, Iowa; two sisters: Betty Noltensmeier, Joyce (Max) Morrow of Reinbeck, Iowa; one brother, LeRoy (Ranae) Noltensmeier of Marion, Iowa; and an abundance of neices and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parent; Helen and Vernon Noltensmeier and brother Jerry Noltensmeier.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Friday June 14, 2024 at Abels Funeral Homes and Cremation - French Hand Chapel in Reinbeck, Iowa. Gathering of family and friends will begin at 9:30am. Gladys will be laid to rest in the Reinbeck Cemetery with her family.
