Frances Keilholtz

Frances Keilholtz, 82, of Reinbeck, Iowa, died Sunday, January 4, 2009 at Covenant Medical Center in Waterloo, Iowa, of natural causes.Memorials may be made to Arlington Place, 95 D Ave. Grundy Center, Iowa. Frances was born September 2, 1926 in Des Moines, Iowa, the daughter of Edgar and Hazel (Deardon) Hickson. Frances was raised in the Reinbeck area and attended school in Reinbeck. On March 16, 1946, Frances was united in marriage to Leo Keilholtz in Elkader, Iowa. They were inseparable and truly united as one. Frances loved to spend time with family and friends. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend. All who knew her enjoyed her sense of humor. She is survived by her son, Leslie (RuthAnn)Keilholtz of Waterloo; daughters, Lois(Dennis) Iversen of Macomb, IL; Sharon Freerks of Phoenix, AZ; 5 grandchildren; 7 great - grandchildren. Frances was preceded in death by her parents; husband Leo; sister Dune Hulse; and two brothers, Howard and James Hickson.
