Donna Jean Grupp, 63, of Reinbeck, Iowa died Wednesday, April 13, 2005 at her home under the care of Cedar Valley Hospice. There will be private family services. Visitation will be held 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Friday, April 15, 2005, at the United Methodist Church in Reinbeck, Pastor Dave Nolte and Hospice Chaplain Gary Johnson will officiate a Prayer service at 8:00 P.M.
Donna Jean Grupp was born April 7, 1942 in Centerville, Iowa to Fred and Leta Beryl (Newby) Duckett. Donna attended schools in Centerville. She attended Centerville Junior College and the University of Northern Iowa in Cedar Falls. On August 10, 1968 she was united in marriage to James W. Grupp in Vinton, Iowa. From 1964 until 1981 she taught lower elementary students at the Iowa Braille and Sight Saving School inat Vinton, Iowa. From 1981 through the present she owned and operated the County Closet in Reinbeck with her husband.
Donna was a member of the Reinbeck Methodist Church and was active in many community activities.
Surviving are her husband; two daughters: Jama (Phillip) Johnson of Grundy Center, Iowa, and Kara Grupp of Ames, and a foster child Jamie Roster.

Memorial may be directed to the Reinbeck United Methodist Church, the Cedar Valley Hospice, or the American Cancer Society.
